Schedulie Mobile Apps are now live
We are delighted to announce that our newest mobile apps for version 2.0 of Schedulie are now available on the Apple AppStore and Google Play Store. These apps will now place daily schedules in the hands of your employees while also allowing them to book time off. This first version of the Schedulie App is in beta and we have lots more functionality planned for them in the coming months.
Installing and using the app couldn't be simpler for your employees. Once you enrol them for the app (which we will show you below), they will receive an email inviting them to set a password. Once the password is set they can download the app and login using their email address and the password just set. Once logged in they can access their incoming and previous schedule as well as their time off/availability. They can also request time off via the app.
We will be adding much more functionality to the app in the coming months, so stay tuned!
How to enable your staff to access the app
On the schedule screen, find the employee you wish to enable and double click to open their details
Next, ensure that the employee has a valid email address saved, if not add one and save. They will need an email address to log into their app.
Click on 'Settings', 'Login Details'. (note the options shown may vary to your setup)
Finally click on the 'Invite' button to send an invitation to the employee. This invitation will explain how the app works and invite them to set their password. Once this is done they will be able to download the app direct to their mobile and login.
